Aeonium Kaleidoscope Ø 18 cm
Aeonium Kaleidoscope, just like a kaleidoscope, offers an infinite and ever-changing combination of colors, ranking among the most spectacular varieties for succulent collectors. The real magic happens with sun exposure: leaf edges first turn a delicate pink, then light up with shades of fuchsia, magenta, and red, creating a hypnotic effect.
Growing notes:
- Light: thrives in bright light and full sun, which enhance the colors. Tolerates partial shade, but red tones fade.
- Watering: moderate in spring/summer (let the soil dry out between waterings); reduce to nearly none in winter. Definitely avoid waterlogging.
- Soil type: well-draining, specific for cacti and succulents (e.g., mix of coarse sand, pumice, and universal potting soil in equal parts).
- Fertilizing: once a month in spring/summer with a low-nitrogen succulent fertilizer. Stop in autumn/winter.
- Hardiness: does not tolerate frost (minimum 5-8°C). Keep dry and sheltered in winter.
Low-maintenance, perfect for succulent collectors and lovers of rare plants.
