Sinningia leucotricha – one of the most sought-after botanical gems among collectors of rare plants and caudiciforms. Native to the rocky slopes of Brazil, this plant enchants with the contrast between its sculptural base (woody caudex) and the delicacy of its details.

Cultivation notes:

• Light: requires bright light but not direct sun during the hottest hours. Morning or evening sun is ideal.
• Watering: water moderately; allow the substrate to dry out completely between waterings. In winter, stop almost entirely.
• Soil: use a well-draining mix for succulents or cacti (e.g., universal potting soil + coarse sand or perlite + pumice).
• Fertilizing: once a month in spring and summer with a low-nitrogen fertilizer formulated for succulents.
